I called this box "Blue Cube" because of it's distinctive cubic shape and colour.

It could be used as a watch box for a single watch on a large pillow or purely as a standard jewelry box.

This box is available now

I do custom work so if you would like it to fit more watches please contact me about your needs

FREE PERSONALISATION - Please contact me about this option

It is made using Huon Pine, a beautiful and rare Australian timber from Tasmania and the outer metal surface is powder coated metal. All fixings are polished stainless steel and the hinges are chromed brass

It is individually numbered and a great gift for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, house warming gift, christmas gift or just as a gift for yourself!

It is lined with velour and it is externally approximately 12.5cm x 12cm x 7.5cm.

I do supply a foam watch pillow with the box but if you don't want it, please let me know and i can alter the price for you so the box will be $5AUD cheaper.

My name is David Innocente, I am from Australia and I design and hand craft all the products here at Galleria Innocente.

PROCESS : I designed and made this box by hand using mostly hand tools with some machining involved. I form the steel with a roller or a folder, I then roughly hand cut the wood to fit the shape inside the steel and shape it with a disc sander to an exact fit. I first complete the basic box with bare wood and steel and then add any decoration or handles or internal features. I then pull the box to pieces and send the steel to be powder coated. All the heads of the screws are rubbed back and polished. I sand the wood back to 600 and then 2 coats of Shellawax is applied. Once the powder coating is done, I then reassemble the box, lining the box with velour in the process and make any final adjustments. When it is finally together i then number and name the box.
