Watch Box 7 or Jewellery Box "White Carbon"
I called this watchbox "White Carbon" because it is decorated on the lid with strip of carbon fibre.
This box is Available Now
It is a watch box and it is designed to hold 7 watches in separate compartments. It has a valet tray and a lower area and it's designed so the watches are stored laying flat rather than on pillows.
Alternatively this box could also be used as a jewellery box or perhaps you can imagine other storage uses.
It is individually numbered and would make a great gift for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, as a christmas gift or just as a gift to your watches!
It is lined with velour and it is externally approximately 28cm x 26cm x 8cm.
It is made using Huon Pine, a rare Australian timber from Tasmania and white powder coated metal.
All fixings are polished stainless steel and hinges are chromed brass
My name is David Innocente and I design and handcraft all the products here at Innocente
I have sent boxes all over the world, I track the parcel and always ask for a signature on delivery and I use standard Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery (when available) for all my postage
I also can use Fedex for faster shipping if required, please enquire about this option as it does cost extra

PROCESS : I designed and made this box by hand using mostly hand tools with some machining involved. I formed the steel with a roller/folder and hand cut the wood to fit the shape inside the steel shell. I first complete the box with bare wood and steel and then i pull the box to pieces. I sand the wood back to 600 and then 2 coats of Shellawax is applied. I then reassemble the box, lining the box with velour in the process. When it is finally together i then number and name and photograph the box.
