My name is David Innocente and my wife Tania Ingerson and I established Innocente in Adelaide, South Australia in 2006. You can read Our Story HERE where we tell you how the boxes and the business began.
Our Products
I have designed the Watch Boxes and Jewelry Boxes and I hand make them from a combination of powder-coated sheet metal and rare timbers such as Huon Pine, American Black Walnut, Mahogany, Santos Palisander and Black Heart Sassafras
The boxes have solid pine dividers for a strong firm feel and they are covered with velour to protect your items
You can have dividers made from feature wood as well if you would like a more decorative finish
Fixings on the boxes are stainless steel and the hinges are polished nickel plated brass or black brass
The boxes are lined with velour with a choice of either black, bright red or blue if you have a custom box made. Most ready-made boxes come with black velour lining. I can source other colours of velour so please ask about these options
Boxes are all individually numbered and named and each one comes with an Certificate of Authenticity and the watch boxes with compartments are supplied with black suede watch pillows. We also stock real leather pillows and we do have small circumference black suede or faux leather pillows for those with smaller wrists so please contact us about these options

Shipping
We use Australia Post for our parcels and all the boxes are securely packaged using recycled and sturdy packing boxes and are sent using registered post which comes with tracking and we also ask for signature on delivery where possible
Standard postage within Australia is free. If express post is required that is an extra charge. Please enquire about this option. International postage is calculated at our checkout stage and is dependant on the weight of the box
Australian orders can take 7-10 working days to arrive and international orders can take 15-25 working days to arrive once the boxes are packed and sent.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase or it arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days so we can work out what to do about it.
