Process of  Designing,Customising and Ordering an Innocente Box 

Submit an Online Enquiry
1. Complete the online enquiry form and include as many details as possible to help us understand your vision.

Design Confirmation
2. We’ll contact you via email to confirm the required details. This stage may involve some back-and-forth communication until the final design is agreed upon.

Purchase
3. Once the design and pricing are confirmed, you’ll receive a secure payment link to complete your purchase.

Production & Shipping
4. Your Innocente Custom Box will be handcrafted and shipped approximately 7–8 weeks after purchase.
